1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the gy666 website accessible at gy666.io, including all associated pages, services, games, and features.
• "We", "Us", "Our" refers to gy666 and its operating entity.
• "You", "Player", "User" refers to any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the Platform.
• "Account" means the personal account you create when registering on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the real-money funds held in your Account at any given time, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT).

2 Acceptance of Terms

3 Eligibility & Registration

By completing the registration process, you confirm that all information you provide — including your name, date of birth, address, and payment details — is accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these terms.

gy666 reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any Account at its sole discretion without obligation to provide a reason, provided that any legitimate real-money balance in the Account will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

4 Account Management

Single Account Policy. Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered Account on the Platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, gy666 will close all associated accounts and may forfeit any funds held within them.

Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account details with any third party. gy666 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to keep credentials secure.

Suspected Unauthorised Access. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify our support team immediately at [email protected]. We will temporarily suspend your Account pending investigation and password reset.

Inactive Accounts. An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as inactive. gy666 reserves the right to apply a monthly administration fee to inactive accounts, subject to advance notice being given to the player. The fee will not reduce any Account balance below zero.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

Accepted Payment Methods. gy666 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time. All Account balances are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT).

Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit, though large deposits may trigger additional KYC checks in accordance with our anti-money laundering obligations.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

gy666 offers a variety of promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload offers, free spins, cashback deals, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, IPL, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Bangladesh's national holidays. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms attached to the individual promotion:

7 Gameplay & Betting Rules

Game Rules. Each game and betting market on the gy666 Platform is governed by its own set of rules, which are accessible from within the game itself or from the relevant betting market page. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms & Conditions, the game-specific rules shall prevail for matters relating to gameplay outcomes; these Terms & Conditions shall prevail for all other matters.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed within each game or betting market. gy666 reserves the right to alter stake limits at any time without prior notice. No bet that falls outside the stated minimum or maximum will be accepted by the system.

System Errors. In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or data feed failure that affects the outcome of a game or bet, gy666 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the player's Account. gy666 is not liable for any consequential loss arising from a system error.

Incomplete Games. If a game session is interrupted before completion due to a disconnection or other technical fault, the game will resume from the last confirmed state when you reconnect. If resumption is not possible, the bet may be refunded at gy666's discretion.

Finality of Results. All game and betting outcomes are final once the result has been confirmed by the relevant game engine or sports data provider. gy666 does not accept result disputes that arise from a player's personal disagreement with a statistically legitimate outcome.

8 Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

gy666 is committed to maintaining a fair and secure gaming environment for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, AI agents, or any mechanical or electronic device to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.

9 KYC & Verification

12 Suspension & Termination

• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Court order, regulatory requirement, or instruction from a competent authority.

Where an Account is terminated due to a confirmed breach, gy666 may withhold some or all of the Account balance in proportion to the losses caused by the breach. Where no breach is established, any legitimate remaining balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within 5–10 business days.
